Estimates & Pricing
Free written estimates are provided for non-emergency work. For emergency service, an upfront price is provided before any work begins, though the estimate itself is not offered free of charge outside standard business hours.
Final pricing may vary from an initial estimate if the actual scope of work differs once a technician has fully diagnosed the issue on-site. Any change in scope or price will be communicated and approved by the customer before additional work proceeds.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Same-day service is offered for most calls placed before early afternoon, subject to technician availability. We ask that cancellations be communicated as early as possible so the appointment slot can be offered to another customer.
