Kent is our home base, and every city on this list is reachable on the same daily dispatch routes we run through Kent itself, every single working day. We cover Kent's four ZIP codes in full: 98030, 98031, 98032, and 98042, spanning East Hill, West Hill, and the Green River Valley floor.

Each city we serve has its own housing profile, and that shapes what a typical service call looks like. Covington and Maple Valley are largely newer construction from the 1980s through 2000s. SeaTac carries some of the oldest housing in our entire coverage area, dating back to the 1930s. Des Moines splits between an older waterfront core and newer inland neighborhoods, and Black Diamond mixes a small historic center with fast-growing, higher-spec new construction. We read each visit accordingly, rather than treating every city the same way.

We don't charge a distance surcharge for any city listed here. A technician dispatched to Black Diamond costs the same as one dispatched two miles from our Kent office. Response windows vary slightly by how far a call is from that day's route, but same-day service is the norm across all six cities for calls placed before early afternoon.

We'd rather add a new city once we can genuinely support it with the same same-day standard than list coverage we can't actually back up with real technicians on the ground.
